Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. Please read each product’s fine prints before purchasing it; it offers all the details about the services or the ThinkerPlace product you purchase.


Please refer to the various product pages for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for each specific product. Our delivery partners make the best efforts to ensure orders reach you within 2- 9 days. The estimated delivery times are suggestive and depend mostly on your location and local administrative controls. On some occasions, we may face some unavoidable delays that are beyond our control. We will always keep you informed in case of any such delays.


Our policy lasts for exactly seven days. If seven days have already passed since you received your product order, unfortunately, we can’t provide you a refund or exchange of the product.

To be eligible for a product return, your ordered item should be unused and in the same condition compared to when you received it. It should also be in the original ThinkerPlace packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return/refund, please write to us at with complete details of your ordered product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is obtained and inspected, we will send you a quick email to notify you that we at ThinkerPlace have obtained your returned item. We will also immediately notify you of the final decision of approval or rejection of your product refund. 

If you are approved, your product refund will be processed, and the purchase amount credit will automatically be applied to the credit card you have used or the original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund from us yet, first check with your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is finally posted. If you have done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at


Cancellation before Shipment –

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please send an email to with Subject: Order Cancellation-<Order Number>. Here, Order Number is the actual order number that you got after placing the order. Your request will be processed by us within three business days.

Cancellation Post Shipment (Before Product Delivery) –

If you wish to cancel the order after it has been already shipped but has not been delivered yet, please send us an email at with Subject: Order Cancellation-<Order Number>. Here, Order Number is the actual order number that you got after placing the order.



As we at ThinkerPlace work with third-party courier agencies, there might be a case where we may have handed over the package to the Courier personnel. If delivery is attempted in such cases, please don’t accept the Delivery.


Based on our verification of package/condition, we’ll check the returned package and process the request within three business days.
